I have a DRZ 125L and if you want it to rip, get rid of that tiny stock carb and get a Mikuni 26mm. Night and day difference in power, I installed one on mine and it's so much better now. No need for a special cam, or pipe or any of that stuff, the carb is the main problem with the bike, it's way too small.
My sons drz 125 got gapped by a chinese pitbike 125 i knew that 4 stroke was doomed from the title. A ttr 125 will flat outrun the drz we have and its got some mods done. Exhaust and sprockets
