Broke my t5,6,7 back in 2020 . Small crash to and been paralyzed since from stomach down. 25 years of racing and never breaking a bone or even going to hospital caught up with me I geuss. I hope your buddy is ok and didn't hurt his spinal cord 🙏🙏

They should letting line up the 2stroke in the 250 class like we're doing in Europe. On a track like that lining up against most "prepped"450's. It's gonna be tuff. Never the less ,it's great to watch!! Head up and keep going!!

Hey Matt! I walked around the pits Saturday morning at redbud between practice.. I found your truck, Trailer and your bike. I did get a pic of your set up but you where nowhere to be found 👎. Really wanted to shake your hand and ask you a few questions. Always knew where you where on the track. Cheers man keep it up! Guy
I had a problem on my 21 250. Randomly when I would turn to the left or have a hard landing the throttle would get stuck like half open. I would think I had it fixed and it would come back. Finally I found that throttle cable was binding with the suspension right where the hook to go to the frame is. Fixed that issue and no more problems. Just a thought!
I had a 2023 YZ250 and had the same problem. Throttle would get stuck. I checked everything, cable, tube, slide, etc, etc, even put in a G2 tube....nothing fixed it. I traded it in for a 2023 YZ250f after it scared the crap out of me three times on the face of a double and triple.
The Air Quality is fixin to get a whole lot worse soon as Matty B an the Yammie Show up,lol.Thats Awesome.We even have the smoke down here in Southern, Illinois Matty,it was really thick last week when i rolled out to the shop(was workin on a 450 Kawi engine)and kinda hsd almost a chlorine type odor.That's Pretty sweet of the Tech dude u met that gets x-tra veiws for u,no choice!!! Your carb might be sticking. Happened to my lectron on my bike a few years ago and it sounded and acted the exact same as yours. Prayers up for the Hayes family
Hey from Australia, ive been using Castrol VMX in my KX250 2006 since new. The KX gearbox is known to be harder to shift under load with VMX turns it in to a slick shifter makes your clutch last longer and keep your gears from prematurely wearing out the dogs. Oil life is the same as all oil brands. Where i notice it work the best is shifting from 3rd to 4th under full throttle using the clutch only (no backing off). 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

That roost sounds painful! Luckily I never had to deal with much 450 roost but I did eat a lot of 500 roost in the open A motos and that shit hurt! I don't even want to imagine what a 250 2stroke rider like him has to deal with now in a 450 moto.
hey everyone, just wanna let you know that in real life these jumps are way bigger, i went to redbud and they are huge. The jump at 4:31 could fit at least one and a half for f150s or maybe a small bus. i walked around and it is huge cameras make them look small

MattyB love the videos. Sounds like a carb or reed issue. I had 2 vforce reeds crack and break on my kx125 years ago. When it happened it felt like the throttle was stuck and would come and go. It led to a huge crash one time. Glad you stayed safe and hopefully you can get the bike squared away.

Hey matt. You guys might have already looked at this. But kinda sounds like your kneedle jet on your carb is hanging up for some reason and making the bike stay revved. Maybe check it out if you havent already
Don't be pulling that throttle housing on the bar too far in or tight also dude. make sure that carb and slide is all cleaned up good hopefully no one got aggressive with it while working on it with you a little nic or scratch on that thing can ruin the show for sure. Coming out the gate though man you ripping that shit! Start tech is strong I wanna see more aggression on that opening lap though!

Hay a good show. I love the 2 stroke but up against all those 450 in a pack of 35+ rides,that 250 has to be a special one at that. that said, upgrade to a 450, and you'll noticeably do better. with the way 250 4storke go these days, the 250 2-stroke should not be paired to race with the 450 of to days races bikes, should be 250 2-stroke, 250 4-stroke Keep the video 📹 going,and good luck turning it up for the next one

@@flexdubel5870 I can read. But how will that help him? Get arm pump faster? Be exhausted half way through? You got a picture of a dirt bike, it isn't you is it? If it is, go do a couple 30min +2L motos and tell me how being aggresive at first helped you out. Consistency is key, not aggression.
@@natel7382 dude first off I am from Germany and yes thats me. In Germany we race 30+2 even the amateurs. 2nd start and the first lap is important as fuck. All the posiotion you can hold for the first few laps a crusal. These guys are fit and equal in speed. If you lose about 30 sec when you suck in the first laps you dont make that time up or are you JS7? He is a 30th place guy, there is no need for holding back. If he gets a start like this on a 2 stroke he needs to absolutly send it the frist laps and try to hold that. And 3rd think arm pump comes from bad technik so if you gets armpump from pushing he need to ajust something else not just go slower. Is that enough?😀

@richardferrell4362 it runs no different then a stock carb just more flawless I run them on everything no bogging no worries just ride he is a top teir rider a card isn't going to change his riding ability just make the bike better
