Odd thing, how a man like Boothy can pilot a two wheeled monster at 200mph through the rain down an unfamiliar course -- and then get totally freaked out by a fly landing on him. God bless.
First of all, I'm glad your safe with no injuries after the chain snapped. Secondly, this was one of the best videos 44 teeth has ever produced even if we didn't get to see some on-board footage. This channel is truly the best motor bike channel on youtube !! keep up the awesome content and stay safe
This channel is very special, isn't it. I wanna call it raw, but I'm not sure that's quite right. There is plenty of polish to the production. More like gritty I guess. This is what motorcycling and motorcyclists are like. They let us into the true experience instead of trying to present an idealized version.
I would have bet my left but that nobody would eat Indian food before a race. That seems like a sure fire or maybe shit fire way off messing your pants.
Does 200 mph down a street and shats his pants when a fly lands near him. Priceless Boothy. Are you allowed to have a camera on a lap? 14:47 answers that!!!
amazing Boothy, 9th finish and running top ten in SBK race. amazing, thanks for taking the time to make a vid and share your experiences, much appreciated. d
Bloody brilliant effort Boothy. You had a BBC camera zoomed-in on you as you waited on the grid at one point - with Stavros mumbling summat about the names on your lid (which was great to witness). Thank feck the weather drastically improved for Saturday's racing, after a tres dodgy start to proceedings. Here's hoping your impending trip to the middle of the Irish Sea will provide you & us 44 Teeth-ers with some great racing & more fantastic memories. Best of luck bab!
Well done and thanks for coming over. You done the right thing not pushing too hard when you didn't have too. Best of luck for the TT and we will see you next year
I love this series. 44 Teeth took me from somebody who really liked motorbikes to somebody who has booked my first track day in August. I can't fookin wait to get my Street Triple RS out and give it a bit of welly. Well done Boothy!
Boothy, what an awesome insight and job you and your crew did. As an ex Australian Superbike racer, who was fortunate to call Phillip Island my home track, all I can say is WOW! Nothing but respect for anyone who takes on something like this or the Isle of Man. I reckon I’d need a larger set to even consider it. 👍😎🇦🇺
Great to see you at the NW200 and fantastic P9 result. Thanks for taking the time to make a video on the NW200, it's really appreciated! Seeing all the bikes line up for qualifying on Thursday and you whipping out a camera, and running around like a headless chicken before starting was great 🤣
Boothy you absolute legend! Well done fella. It’s great to see the chip eating, Stella drinking athletes doing well. 👍 there is hope for us merry mortals 🤣🍻
I got there is the pissing down rain Thursday night. Thought it was going to be shite. The gods blessed the race with great weather. My 1st time watching road racing, it was amazing and I kept an eye out gor the 44 bike.
well done on your first northwest 200 glad you enjoyed your self over in Northern Ireland hope you be back next year to our wee country best of luck for the TT
Well done mate ! 9th in the wet just rollin’ round 😉 I remember McGuiness saying once at the TT , that the fastest laps don’t always feel that way and that if you don’t max your speed into a corner you get on the power slightly earlier and that brings the times down………..armchair expert here…😂
Boothy, what a NW200 debut... cracking job lad, glad you enjoyed it, its a great event and running anywhere near the front is a fantastic result... Top 10 first time out you have to be proud of yourself.. keep the cables stretched at the TT, be fast stay safe ..
Fucking amazing Boothy to get a P9 in your first ever race in the NW200....you absolute star and among a field of quality riders from short circuits as well as roads specialists ✌💪
Great riding for your first go. Good shakedown and healthy start into the TT! Fun seeing all the names too, hope you do something similar next. Also looking to get some more names added for the TT.
Hey Boothy. You're a Legend Man. No, your a Fucking Warrior Man. I drove like a patient on the roads of Ireland for years when I was younger. Never had the money to go racing, properly, unfortunately. I've had 22 ops between both legs from a bike crash. on top of other serious injuries, missing bits etc, but I love bikes. Keep positive man. You are an inspiration for survivors of serious bike related accidents and many others.
Brilliant to see ya doing so well Boothy, good prep for TT! Shame about the chain bit I'm sure it ain't gonna faze you, best of luck with rest of prep👍
This is just fantastic, Boothy! Brilliant first crack at it. 9th? Bloody get in! You absolute legend.🙂😎🏆 Oh and....top grub as well. 😋 (Bloody rearsets. Once had a set of Gilles on my old K4 thousand and the same thing happened).
