Yeww! I guess more pressure for literal home race. What supplements do u use during race day except electrolyte and energy gels?

Normally a recovery protein drink (torq recovery or similar) creatine, b12, zinc, iron, cod liver oil, ashwaganda. Electrolytes and carb mix mid race. For bigger days a couple sandwiches, fruit bars and a recent favourite “squares” Rice Krispie bars.
