I wouldn't get your hopes up. Any game owned by EA will be focused on making as much money as possible from micro transactions, instead of actually improving the game, its engine and its physics. They promise great things each year, but it goes downhill every year as well.

The fact that EA promotes their 'new' story mode and some other useless features tells me that the real problems (AI behaviour, driveability, R&D system in MyTeam etc.) haven't been touched. I mean we shouldn't lose hope before we have our hands on the game but I wouldn't have high hopes on this.

I read that on PC version it's possible to change those driver names on classic championship (to Schumacher, Hakkinen, Senna, etc). But this game is no longer available on Steam. Why? It's easily the best of the Codemasters games.

The MP4/4 was a V6 turbo engine. From 1989 on until 2013, the engines were naturally aspirated only, and before the V10 era, it was a mix of V8, V10, and V12, with only Ferrari IIRC running V12s.
