Wow. This is probably your best video yet. At least it's one of my favorites. Sheila was very firm, assertive, but also very professional in the way she dealt with the situation. And I am so glad she did not let Mandy escape the consequences with any weak-minded forgiveness, when she didn't even show a hint of remorse until the moment she knew that there'd be a heavy price to pay.

It's not just black people who have to deal with discrimination it's people with disabilities too like me and I have to say the discrimination and judgement I go through alone is absolutely diabolical. Discrimination all together needs to stop

I watch BET. That got me. Great video. I actually did t h e same thing years ago at a company I worked for. I was hired as the new systems comptroller and they had a racist manager. So they had him interview me after the President had already hired me. Worked like a charm.

Years and years ago I showed up for an interview. The recruiter took one look at me and uttered "you sounded white over the phone." She also asked if I had used someone else's address. That was the worst day of my life.Yes, that entire 5 minutes caused a lot of sleepless nights.

I actually had an interview like that when I graduated from undergraduate in 2015. I got tired of looking for a job and just settled, now I do general labor. I'm glad she was the owner daughter defiantly a plot twist.

Back in the 1980's I was told at one interview that I "was over qualified." The job was doing basically the same thing I did in the Army.🤷🏼‍♂️ I ended up working in the building next door doing Consumer Electronics Repair for a few years and then I saw the opportunity to change fields and went into Transportation which I did from 1991 to 2018 when I was medically retired.

The Owner’s daughter! She wasn’t good; she was great. I often wonder what that manager’s family was like. People aren’t born racist; they are taught it. Not saying it necessarily came from her upbringing but the thought did cross my mind. Feel blessed to have had the parents I did. They would not tolerate racism and neither would I.
