Imagine the public relations $hit storm that would have happened if the cop had SHOT him for reaching into his pocket to grab his badge? It ALMOST happened. The older man got LUCKY and he was NOT wise to take that level of risk. He should have just TOLD him he was his captain then if the cop asked for proof he could ask permission to reach into his pocket to get the badge.

"Where do they keep hiring these people from!?" Even Porter is starting to realize his police department is overrun with corrupt racists. Though it's strange that THIS is the incident that gets Kyle Jacobs "fired" (we're likely going to see him again in a future video) rather than that time he planted drugs on a civilian in a previous video.

6:22 there is something called a non-driver's license. It's an ID card people under 16 and those that haven't done or passed the driver's tests yet can get.

They are very inclusive too, as they have police men and women of many backgrounds and religions. Nearly the exact same thing happened to me when I was learning to drive. Was practicing backing around a corner on the block I had lived for 5 years. After 2 times cops roll up cause someone called. Just another example of existing while black.

Why doesn't the kid have a permit? Why doesn't the Captain have a driver's license as the only licensed person in the car? The cop might get suspended, not fired. He's got chevrons, therefore he's not a rookie and will be a member of the union, they'll protect his job. He might get a really crappy detail after his week off.
