Story 2: I know this trick. And she's right: best to act like you're giving into a demand and get the problem passenger off the plane and into the hands of security personnel then have the security personal come onboard. Karen *would* have hurt someone in that crammed space since she wants to play "I deserve the right to be treated like a goddess."
I would love to hear more about the entitled family and the chlorine pool. I close my eyes and I can see it all. Needless to say but I'm laughing so hard. Serves them right! 😂😅😂
That karen and daughter on the airplane: When will people ever learn that mistreating the flight crew will get you booted from the flight? That last story: I don't know what the screening process is for middle management, but it has to improve.
Re Story 5, I've been working in the US for over 50 years. I won't say the Story 5 account of time clock manipulation and non-payment of overtime is fiction, but it is not at all typical. I've never seen such a thing, not at entry-level jobs of various kinds in a couple of states, not at small, medium, and large company tech jobs.
that first story really disgust me, that jerk tried taken advantage of that pregnant lady's (op) generosity to that poor kid, cause of him being a few cents short of buying his milk, and i hope he doesn't get kids of his own, just to used them to get free stuff from others like that pregnant lady, which would be disgraceful if that ever happens.
In the movie "Airplane", there's a scene of a woman going nuts about an impending crash (I think). This Karen is is somewhat similar. The scene has the passengers come by one at a time to "cool her jets." This is what Karens need.
