Those small pellet grills sure make life easy. I have the tailgater and the ranch hand. I love them. I'd rather have two small one's than one big one. Often find myself cooking multiple different things that require different temps. Problem solved. Haven't cooked a lot of lamb. But what i have cooked is totally different from any other protein.
