Sadly no, there is not English Translations of Rada, yet. I was taught Rada by Aleix Basullas Vendrell remotely and then he had a workshop at my club. If you check out www.reddit.com/r/wma/ many of his posts explaining Rada is gilded there. He is a great instructor that is very knowledgeable.
