Thanks true. But it's because there's a lot of ways to perform nerve glides for various nerves. So try some of them out and see what works best for you. Good luck!!
Love your videos, love that you're Italian. If you're running low on video ideas, do one about *Back Hyper extension* . it's very hard to find anyone who talks about this. Im fit and in shape, but my back seems to want to stay in hyper extension 24/7. Abs are strong, showing and engaged,. Hip flexors & psoas loose and relaxed,. Glutes strong and activated,. I just can't seem to fix this hyper extension problem. Obviously I've done thousands of lower back stretches. Its like ive accidentally trained my body to remain in hyper extension no matter what.
This seems to be my issue. Been dealing with it for weeks. I work on watches and it has wrecked havoc on my back and neck. How often should I do this. And, any other tips for this issue? Thanks so much.
I have got numbness in my arm after a long hammer curl hold in my gym last week. And now, i feel as if my nerve is gliding when I perform hammer curls. I don't have any pain, and numbness has also gone away, also there is no reduction in my strength levels. Just a feeling of gliding nerve in my wrist in making me worry a bit. Should I perform this excercise to make my wrist nerve settle down ?
You can give this nerve glide technique a try in a very gentle manor. However, I would also have the issue evaluated by your doctor and or therapist. Good luck!
Thank you so much doctor i was having alot of pain, my radial nerve was entrapped and my physio couldnt get it they messed around my other muscles and said they are tight and have spasm as you dont workout, i did accordingly and felt relief and i felt something setting free afterwards but last night again im feeling nearly same things and feel my radial nerve is again entrapped will surely do this to improve. P.S i spent 300$ on physiotherapist
All they said your CT junktion is messed up gave me compressive modalities but never released my nerve they never claimed it was a nerve issue then i found you ❤
It is a good sign you got some relief by performing the technique. However, it often takes more than one day of performing it to fix a problem. Good luck!
