I got my RF15 from Atlantic Firearms for $429. I think 💭 after shipping & fee’s I was at $450, give or take. After months of research I boiled it down to 2 rifles. Radical or a PSA. It was difficult at 1st because I like both companies. The only reason why I went with the Radical is because they are a Texas based manufacturer. So I had to go with the home team. But I do see a PSA rig in the collection real soon. Been eyeing me one of them Jakl’s or maybe their 9mm AK’s. Anyways, the RF15 has been reliable & accurate out the gate. Not half moa accurate but good enough to put 20 shots from 50 yds at an 8” plate without missing. An that felt easy. Wish I had a range where I could really test its range. Haven’t made many upgrades. Just basic stuff. Put a green dot, a sling, V Seven cam pin, and a LaRue trigger. Next I want to upgrade the buffer & spring, muzzle device, and a WML. Awesome video bro.
Nice first rifle bro. In the future, I'm thinking instead of buying a $500 rifle, then changing half of it...if it wouldn't be more cost effective to build one. Total cost would be $500 all in (rifle only) and it would be the way you want it. I'm willing to bet it would save you 2-300 $. You'll have to do a follow-up video with this rifle. I considered getting a Radical for one of my kids as a first rifle but wondered about the longevity of them. It'll be either a Radical or a PSA. I'm leaning PSA however.
I'm a big fan of "build what you like" and mostly how I do my builds, LOTS of research and I even have Excel build sheets to keep track! Very nice build, you chose very good options tho on a budget... paint job is badass too, had to sub👍
Ive got the soccom fcf model its been amazing for me. Ive put a new trigger in it. Its gassed great, shoots amazing groups, has close to 3k rounds without 1 malfunction.
I ran across radical firearms socom 16in at battle hawk armory and it is awesome especially for 399.00 no sights just basic ar 15 left enough money in the budget to set it up like wanted it.Price point 600.00 got what I needed to take it to the range.Shoots no problems and is very accurate.For the money you can’t beat it!
just bought the same rifle from black hawk armory and it came with a CTS2560 red dot sight, I ordered a short vertical grip, 2000 lumen flashlight, and and a laser/IR combo and suppressor and It's a solid rifle all together under $1400 best budget build i've done so far and I like the rifle as much as my PSA Rifle

Love videos that show you can build on a budget, but a question I always ask people, if SHTF would you trust that rifle with your life? Great rifle for training and plinking but I would hope this isn’t your main squeeze. Great video

Got mine runs ok but got it unfinished no dust cover and the ejection port was not finished so even getting a dust cover it doesn't lacht you get what you pay for lol save your money get something else extremely awful customer service and quality control again DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY ON RADICAL FIREARMS save your money get someone eles
