VERY cool band. The singing, guitar and drums remind me of Blue Cheer. Nothing else new reminds me of Blue Cheer. Blue Cheer was the first heavy band I heard. When I was 10 I found their record at the library.
Their new record could easily fit amongst the best of the year. I received it in the mail ( because you can't fucking just go to a record store anymore) last week and every song is awesome. Radio Moscow have a great tone.
I love this band! Been following them for just a few years after getting hooked on Frustrating Sound.. Totally a couple of guys who obviously grew up on Deep Purple albums like myself! Pretty sure I heard a few bars outta Speed King in there.. Ha ha ha.. Still, bands like these guys and Japandroids, Bass Drum of Death and a few more are where the real throw back rock sounds of the 70s are at... and it is getting hard to find just good drivin guitar rock bands anymore!
Oh now the thing is..is that you’re plunging the mire ;) do it again! I love those wiggling wires.. as they hit me movin at the top of the headstock. Lol in all honesty the lyrics and the solo truly rock! Awesome intensity dudes!!
They're soooooo good. Seriously the thick bass sound and the amazing rhythm section akin to Captain Beyond! Every single song is a feast for the ears and their sound is perfect for live settings. Amazing musicianship and I hope to see them live one day.
Love Captain Beyond! Been jammin' Parker Griggs' stuff since about 2008. Love Radio Moscow. Dig the Kyuss avatar photo, too. 🤘🏻 I like putting on Orange Goblin, Earthless, Radio Moscow, and Fu Manchu and just ridin' the fuzz, man.
@Sasha Stone Because the have talent, write their own music, can play their own instruments, and can do it LIVE... all requirements not required to get on any radio station in the USA
100% top excellent music that I love, but the vocals are a bit too rough and unrefined and could be improved in Radio Moscow somewhat, for an example of perfect vocals listen to Deep Purple -- Child in Time & Highway Star. Also to Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin.
