Ok I had this Android radio in my car for a few months it worked pretty great, but later it has been doing the funky chicken and dying, I would remove the dash play with the wires, and for some unknown reason it would start working again well I have had it, this Android radio SUCKS!!!! Please PM tell me what other radio will work, on a budget, so I can't really do anything but put in the stock radio, NO more bluetooth, no more USB for my tunes, got to be something better than this crap chinese radio. I need bluetooth, I need my tunes, and Nav if I can get it. Help
You're welcome. Removing the battery is like having a fire extinguisher next to you while you cook its a good idea in case something goes wrong. But Its not necessary. Just remember to not disconenct anything while the car is on and follow the video. If I remember this car has an airbag light you can trip.
Nice brass knuckles hanging rear view mirror, that states pull me over written all over it. great video, wished it continued on install of new radio thats better than factory with Bluetooth for all cell phone connections. all cars in 2009 put computers in them to secret record you 30 seconds before and after and accident incase the POLICE need to get a WARRANT to see what might of been going on at time of accidents, why not have all Bluetooth technology, theres older cars that has plug-ins to connect cell phone's, also with that, recording isn't told or in any paperwork on a 2009 car and up that the technology to record your actions in your own private car when sold to you ny a big name dealer, should be private and there shouldn't be that technology for POLICE to use to against you in your most vulnerable situation because of a bad accident of some sort, your fault or not. Please put together a video on a 2009 Factory VW PASSAT and replace it with a goid stereo that has Bluetooth technology and maybe a backup cam, i can understand if a video needs to be made smaller and just show how to wire the camera from front to back and time lapse it if you can. thanks, take care of those knuckles, PLASTIC or not, they are illegal, that takes guts to hang from mirror.
Do you know what the white and brown wires are for on the back of the stereo that you disconnect? Or rather the one small wire you disconnected on the back of the stereo

Does this car model is factory amplified? and if so, do I need to change all the sound system (new amplifier, speakers) when changing my factory radio to a new one?
The rabbit never has an external amplifier in the US. You should be OK. Even if your MK5 had a factory amplifier like the R32 has the new radio can go directly into the factory amp since the radio takes speaker level inputs.
can you help with cd's loading? I have same radio system on my 2010 jetta and I can load only one CD. I can't insert 6 CD's. Is it possible or not and how can I do this?
Hey I have an aftermarket radio but it's an Android radio the connector that you have listed on you're web site looks like the one I have but I can't tell from just the picture, my car is a 2009 VW Rabbit 2.5 5 cyl engine. It has this radio you took out well almost mine doesn't have the SAT button, so will your kit work with an Android radio....?
