I wasn't entirely sure what the Skype noise would sound like and I got so excited when it was that noise I heard all the time 15 years ago while my mom WFH.
I didn’t know there was a name for it. I first heard it in a Star Wars game for the n64, every time you knocked a storm trooper off a platform they made that scream(the scream is also used in the og Star Wars movies when storm troopers fell). After hearing it probably thousands of times, I started noticing it everywhere for the rest of my life. Now I know what it is thanks to this video
I kinda now want a full version of this, where it's the entire song normally, but just this passage changed. I'd add it to my shuffle playlist, where the original is also in, and from time to time I'd get amused by this change. :D
@@nuffsaid4987 I mean, I've have heard of people using fake tears to trick and manipulate people. It takes a adept actor to really sell the act convincingly, though. One really has to be both skillful and callous to manipulate people well.
The funniest part about this is the fact that the Skype startup noise + the Wilhelm scream last ever so slightly longer than they're supposed to, making it sound more drawn out
