Dang, that poor beautiful lady has spent her life in college learning to care for all of us old, helpless, pain suffering people! I had the first one done, by that night, I was in trouble, a month of unbelievable pain, no week follow up, left 3 urgent msgs for pain, no returned call. I think it failed!
Wish I had watched this sooner. I'm having RFA on my right knee tomorrow, no "test" procedure. Hopefully it's because they've learned that it's not necessary.
I had ablation of the left knee, I did not know it would take 6 weeks to heal or with no pain, it hurt so bad during the surgery and did not get off the hydrocodone till a month later. Now I am looking to knee replacement.
What type of pain meds or IV can I have to get this procedure done for the pain while you are doing it? Propofall, be put under, percocet, dilaudid, fentinal? Please tell me something stronger than lidocane.
