Absolutely fantastic. Normally people go for 'pretty' covers and haven't got the voice to pull off a true Yorke vocal line. You fucking have got the stuff.

Not my kind of music but as a multi-instrumentalist, this is impressive. I found you by way of Blue Monday covers and respect the heck out of you. I saw another comment about "how havent you blown up yet" but its just a genre thing. Clearly very talented. If i wanted to explore more synth/digital stuff, you'd be the first place i came to. I tend to enjoy covers and revamps of Radiohead more than the originals, this feels very faithful to the original except it makes me happy and excited to listen to instead of morose and apathetic.

Ok, me again. Lol. I got my KP3 in and I’ve got connections that work for vocals. I’m learning all about it, but it’s early, and I’m eager to figure out how to get that manipulated vocal with that swish swish sound that happens when you swipe left and right in a fast motion. I saved a couple of presets already and sampled a couple of things. Do I need the S constant in the vocal to get that swish? I hope you know what I’m referring to lol. Id imagine u do. I see the effects presets (delays, grain, reverse, etc.) so I’m not sure what preset either. You have it down bc you’re great at this stuff. Thanks again for any tips on my inquiry and anything else. Haha hi again! Yes, the sibilance of an S sound will help make that swishing, dj scratchish feel more prominent (so “in ItS right place” or “Sucking a lemon”). I am using the Sample Fwd/Reverse preset, where the x Axis is playback direction so swiping quickly left and right will make those warps happen (the Y axis is a filter sweep of some kind I think)

Joe Edelmann Ha yeah back again. wow. Ok. That makes sense with the sibilance of S. And now incorporate the x and y as you’ve suggested. I was wondering earlier if the KP3 didn’t do it and only the KP2 did but then I looked back at your vid and saw you were using the KP3. Some people say they like the filters or fx on the KP2. This is a different thing in the world of effects pedals. Thanks again! I like the channel a lot.
