I know everyone is talking about death and i don't wanna seem weird to join in but to me this song really feels like that final little moment of happiness before you realize they're gone. This isn't a joke anymore, they're gone. Forever. You just remember those good days you had together, and try to not think about the fact you won't ever hear or see them again. You won't ever be able to touch them again or hold them close. And as the song progresses it gets harder and harder to stay positive, eventually you yourself falling into the same rabbit hole and habits that one person had. And eventually, as the song ends, it ends the same with you. And with everything fading away, you slowly remember the good times again, and hope you'll see them after this I know it's not about that at all but it just really reminds me of something like that

This reminds me of sad movie scenes where the main character gets shot or is falling to their death, and everything's in slow motion as their lives flash before their eyes; good memories playing as tears fall down their faces, but before they close their eyes, a smile slowly crawls to their faces as one last tear falls down their face, finally accepting their death.

this kinda sounds like someone who got stabbed, but is fine with their death as they were struggling alot with their life- dont ask how i thought of that
yeah i could definitely imagine this song playing in the background in a movie while the main character is slowly dying and reflecting on everything in their life that has made them happy and disappointed like relationships , deaths etc.
