Sorry but I can't do an overread outside of my hospital. I'd recommend seeking out an ENT physician at an academic medical center. They can take a look and also request an overread from their radiologists, who should all do a fine job.

I believe this one is without. Usually if someone orders a CT temporal bone with contrast, I look to switch to something else. Head, soft tissue neck, CTA, etc.

Otherwise I'd suggest trying a different browser. Could be some mishandled javascript error preventing it from loading.
