Definitely the best selling point for this property. Beach Front Villas a key (and very reasonably priced at this time).

I stayed here and was disappointed. The villa I stayed in was excellent. The breakfast buffet was ok - quality seems to vary between weekend and weekdays. My issue is that 75% of the staff are trainees. They did try their best, but the support was not available to them when needed,and therefore the customer experience was frustrating.. The on site Spa was excellent as were the staff there. The grounds are beautiful and the grounds keeping staff were super.friendly. The pool near the beach and ‘waves’ bar are a missed opportunity- reference the same at the Anam resort to see how it can be done better. If you have kids, go to the Movenpick next door, if you are a couple looking to relax, book the Anam Resort 10 mins away.

Yeah unfortunately staff turnover at hotels in VN, especially this niche of hotel (low five star, high four star) is rampant. Nearly all large hotels in VN (except for 5 or 6 of them) pay the same wages- so it creates this ricochet effect of staff bouncing between hotels since there is no true incentive to keep them in one spot.

Very well done! I have passed this interesting looking resort many times and so happy to see this detailed tour and it is really nice. I love rocking chairs in rooms or on balconies but I admit the one here is really weird. But as for the toiletries... I prefer to have sealed stuff then those unsealed save the earth bottles that contain liquids heaven only knows what. I have a friend who works at a 5 star resort down the road called Swandor which you will probably have never heard of as they cater nearly exclusively to the Russian market. The packages include all meals and drinks all day and night and with activities all day and into the evening including bands and performances. The food is incredibly good being a mix of Russian and Turkish with of course Vietnamese options as well. With some luck... the Russians will be able to come back around January and the resort can resume. Anyone can by the package and join the Russians for their holiday. Peace through understanding!

I would have to say go for the Movenpick if you are staying in a Villa. They seemed to be in better condition with a smarter layout inside.

Stayed at both Movenpick Villa and RB Villa, I think the layout of Movenpick Villa is better. RB Villa is divided into too many area, so each space is pretty small and the inner garden is kind of pointless when you have an extra huge view of beach in front of you.

Could not agree more! Interesting that the layout inside the MP villas are different- I had always assumed they were the same, but thanks for the info... might need to check them out next time I’m in Cam Ranh.

@@kirtanadivakar341 I can see the sea over the top of the opposite villa, there are not any fences but the pool is about 2 meters higher than the road.

Ah another market segment ... Furnishings update, and 83 switches needing better simplicity, and sychronization upgrades for greater aesthetic resortupdates.pool shower access ... Bathroom access not wet thru the house ... Is odd enter thru shower tho.yep same outside area better planning use & function. especially narrow sides could fall off if trying to access bathroom or that patio, most probably spend majority at beach while there. Coastline ... ins coverage co$t$. 60 uploads 2021 is hitting the ground running. Wjat did u mean Vietnam will b needing all the help it can get in the coming years ?? Bcz covid strike ? Consider walkable score addition maybe to "Flip Flop Score" of accessiblilty to beach & attractions nearby, maybe infrastruxture (wifi & ease of transportation options ebike, moped, tourists free tram rides within "?" Area of Villa. Does the hotel have any mainframe network on website as "Forge Forum" listing link of other business opportunities whereby authentic vetted online income is doing well like "Empire Flippers ?"

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, about Vietnam’s tourism market- our borders have been closed since March 2020- the domestic tourism market is not large enough to support many hotels (and all of the people that rely on them for jobs). That is why I’ve started this channel, it’s my hope that later in 2021 or 2022 when we open the borders again my channel can serve as a resource for potential new tourists considering Vietnam for their next holiday.

Stayed here the last Oct . The resort itself is beautiful . Our 3 bedrooms beachfront presidental villa was great . The beach is stunning . Spa staffs giving great massage and facial treatments . However this resort is our huge disapoinment of the whole trip in Vietnam . Restaurant’s staff and those buggy bois was very lack of smilling and inprofessional . Some of them give me the feeling thay they are not well metal . One night me and my bestfriend went to the club lounge . When i was told the staff there my room number to get the access . Guess what ? They look at me like i’m an alien . And of course they forgot my birthday which never happened in any luxury hotels and resort that i been stayed . They do need to improving alot . Cam Ranh bay have so much to offer but should i’ll be back to this resort ? Def no

I mean, it’s a Radisson Blu… certainly don’t consider it a luxury property and wouldn’t expect the service to be the cream of the crop. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
