Csilla and Ádám build their contemporary klezmer mosaics from the intimacy of two voices, the voice and the accordion. The way they sing the Jewish songs of Eastern Europe from around a hundred years ago is uniquely embodied and contemporary. Each sound is made sensuous and valid by the personal touch. Tradition is brought to life. They do not re-enact, but encounter klezmer.
