Apart from the off-sync video and sound, this is wonderfully filmed and presented - thank you for posting! God bless Radu Lupu, may he rest in peace. His heartfelt sensitivity to the music always seems to capture something deeper than other pianists.

Beautiful rendition of this 19th Mozart concerto. I am glad this was recorded. Very sad the Maestro left this world! May he rest in piece. Hope there is a life after this one, where he can play for the Angels!👼

@@sheilanovitz8578 You both are quite right. I should add that the orchestra is finely balanced, avoiding any string hypertrophy which would prevent to hear the quite subtle winds weiting and their masterly dilaog with the outstandingly rendered soloist.

Awesome, but it bids the question : WHAT does Radu Lupu or anybody else performing the Mozart concertos need a totally superfluous conductor with their even more superfluous and pathetic antics, - as this guy here, - for anyway ? Just waive one hand themselves at the orchestra, who perfectly know what to do anyway, and pocket the conductor's fee as well, like Mozart himself, like Ashkenazy, like Buchbinder, like Gulda, like ALL of them sensible pianists.
