Depends on whether the sides and the back were messed up I guess, considering it was supposedly not done by an actual hairstylist and we've seen what lily did to scarra. A "bad" fringe/bangs is quite easy to "fix", by simply styling it differently.

They're teasing him and Toast is fine with the jokes among his close friends. If he isn't fine with it, he can talk about it to his close friends. I mean you're talking about a guy who says some controversial stuff at times for the content.
