its to stay relevant and because he always switches his style. wayne might not listen to too many peoples music but he knows what the majority of ppl listen to these days and if he kept giving nothing but bars he'll eventually end up like a jcole or a raekwon where no one really talks about them much. but he tries to be all around so sometimes hell do something like this, but it depends on the person, the beat, and rap style/ subject matter that is being said.also he likes being unpredictable
the less he uses that high pitch autotune, the better it sounds. Sftw2, NC2, FWA were absolute fire if you wanna talk bars but the highpitch autotune was too much. Even though a lot of his best music was pure autotune, Autotune doesnt make wayne sound good anymore. I'd rather hear waynes leaned out voice, shit is tough as hell. For example, the way he sounds on the Errrybody remix with the bars hes spitting recently would put him back on top. I hope C5 is less highpitch autotune and more raw uncut voice because honestly it sounds a lot better the less he uses autotune.
