WYTON CAMBRIDGESHIRE ENGLAND July 7, 2018.The RAF Wyton Heritage Centre houses three main collections: The Pathfinder Force - UK Imagery Intelligence - RAF Wynton Historical Time Line. The collections are run by military personnel and volunteers. This Air Base is now a top secret multi-service intelligence centre and no photographey of buildings is allowed. Prior appointment to view is required.

I worked there for years as part of Logistics Command, and never knew that was there!

I remember being on camp there when I was in the ATC back in the early 90s. Back then they still had Canberras on the base (recently decommissioned at the time and awaiting disposal as I recall). Doubt they will be hosting any more cadets if its purpose has changed as per your description.

I was a painter finisher there in the early 90s. I painted plenty of Canberras and hawks there, i had a great time there before the paintshop shut down

Gemma, this is now the UK’s top military intelligence base with ultra tight security, definitely no cameras. Our group visit only about an hour so not much time to see all. I guess that you can find lots more on Google. Cheers, Mike
