After that we are given a test to whether or not, a prophet/writer of a book is of God or not. I read and speak Hebrew, so I am able to see and test for myself. According to Deut. 18:20-22: 1. He must speak in the name of the יהוה (YEHOVAH), not some other god. 2. His message must be in accord with God’s revealed truth in Scripture (First 5 books). 3. His predictions of future events must come true exactly as predicted. The New Testament has issues because it is full of mistakes and misquotations and deviates from what was previously written.
