Sorry for the lengthy hiatus, although I’ve been busy with irl stuff I’ve been gradually working my way through this album since the year began! I hope you all enjoy it 🧡 It’s up on Spotify now, go look! :3 open.spotify.com/album/4rhISJ3mAwONS3SRMN2yrX?si=ySWRfpvWRRynhdbHF3oPxw
I'm both intrigued and confused by specific music styles being associated with this nowadays. Besides the Nintendo Wii I just saw this style everywhere for advertisements and products, music couldn't really be attached to it. Regardless I am happy to see so many people take an interest in this look.

Rafflesia online was a genuine comfort of mine. I'd play it to sleep when I was feeling sad or scared. I listened to it for many other sad reasons I won't get into. I'm so happy for this continuation of Rafflesia. The music (so far, as I listen to it while typing) is as beautiful as the first album. Thank you Xploshi for another masterpiece.
What feels bizarre about Rafflesia is that it feels like the Wii without being the Wii; It's a similar sense of nostalgia while also being something completely different. It's something that ya nailed right on the head with, and I wouldn't be having it any other way! Very nice job -w-👍
omg hi I came here from spotify, I’ve been listening to the rafflesia series for a while and finally looked at what was outside Spotify. Thank you for bestowing rafflesia online to my Frutiger aero playlist 🙏 (btw bliss boutique and pod lounge are literal masterpieces, I find myself listening to them everyday)
I've gotta say, as a Frutiger Aero fanatic, you blew it out of the goddam park with this one. I'm gonna add this to my playlist alongside rafflesia online. Good Work!
These feel like songs I would've heard in a REALLY low quality in some 2008 RU-vid tutorial video just to finally find them in their proper quality 10+ years later /pos
i remember having a wii once it was only used for mario maker and the mii channel (i loved those things back then) this feels like the wii channel but if it wasnt made by nintendo at all... you did an excellent job and i actually love this
Kind of like how Rafflesia Online represents early Frutiger Aero (probably at the transition between Y2K and Frutiger Aero), this one’s more representative of the later part of Frutiger Aero, especially the Wii era.
@@-throat- I remember installing Oxygen theme for KDE 5 back in 2019 because I always hated flat design, didn't heard the phrase "Frutiger Aero" until the end of 2023. Love this aesthetic so much. The style, the music, the community.. Calmness and pure bliss. Such a comfortable place to be in💘💘💓
Oh yeah, do you take music commissions? I wanna get some music like this for a project I'm making some time in the future. Hell, if you're too busy I'd pay for a license instead.
How did i miss this one Rafflesia online was my favorite thing i ever listened to, on cold winter bus rights in the dark it was always the most fitting, the vibes of it were immaculate, i'd say rafflesia online was my comfort music, and im shocked i missed this one (Altho i noticed that Rafflessia Online track from rafflessia online album was cut off in the video abruptly) Im so glad you made this one, you are the only person i can trust to make perfect 100% Frutiger Aero music
an idea for the third Rafflesia album should one ever arrive: Digital Rafflesia Inc. making a splash into the games-console market as an eighth-generation-styled console oozing with frutiger-aero personality, with the album chronicling the background music of it's main menu's screens
very clearly made with passion. listen to those snare brushes in connecting. very focused and clean record, not an ounce of waste on any tracks. love it
You don't understand how happy I am that you made this. You just keep nailing the frutiger aero/3DS/Wii vibe and it just floods me with nostalgia it's so good!!!
i'm so glad you made a sequel. i've been falling asleep to both offline and channel so far, each time thinking about how beautiful these would sound if they ever made it into a game, or where i'd place them if i ever made one.
rafflesia Online is the equivalent of drinking water with a lemon on it and a random, humongous shattered globe near you that is odd and the grass being like really green and the city has like butterflies and stuff and everything is so simple and calming then remembering that rafflesia new event is starting and being exited for it
If this is supposed to be like 3DS/late Wii/Wii U era things, those discontinuations wouldn’t happen until way later (I’m still not over the 3DS/Wii U online shutdown)
This is no doubt from that funny little era when PC online multiplayer games got singleplayer console ports for the PS2 and Wii. At least, that's my interpretation Mind you, much like Rafflesia Online, a lot of Rafflesia Channel's cool features were tied to online connectivity that is now defunct. At least the bgm tracks were able to be dumped for us to enjoy, as we reminisce about a bygone era. I hope reflecting on the positive experiences of the past give you solace as you move towards the tomorrow 'Preciate ya Xploshi 🌻
Yet Another nostaglia trip overload..... feels just like the 200's vibe again. but more retro like and groovy. and i LOVE IT! makes me wonder if HowDoIPickAName sees this again..... idk
I discovered your music through ArpWire mixes, and this really takes me back to my childhood and teen years and I'm 30 years old now. I love the modern, futuristic sound, and I vibe to this all day, especially while I'm working.
Everytime I find some new music that REALLY hit that sweet spot, it always brings me back to the line from WDPK 83.7 by Daft Punk: The Sound Of Tommorrow, The Music Of Today. Keep up the good work, this stuff is amazing!
Bliss boutique was my favourite of the first album For this album, Showcase is my favourite. I like the upbeat frutiger stuff. They both feel like lost songs of the summer, been playing Showcase on repeat actually, seriously cant get enough of it. Never stop cooking xploshi
I have finally time to listen this non stop and gotta say I'm really a fan of your Frutiger Aero music, this feels so dreamy and happy, just like shopping in the e-shop as a child even if I'm not going to buy anything. It's like seeing my long forgotten childhood memories again after so long, the happiness, the thought of a really bright future for technology and humanity, so natural yet articficial in a conformable way.
U know when I first saw ur vids I was kinda freaked out and a little scared too but with this frutiger aero music and background I actually rlly love ur work
So glad you made another collection of Rafflesia tracks. I absolutely loved the previous 'online' project. I'm really interested how on your music process too - DAW? Are these entirely soundfonts? Best plugins or techniques to emulate that early digital lossy sound? I'd also love to hear more - keep it up!
Hi! I use Logic Pro X and its many included drum and synth plugins, but I also used the Pikmin series soundfonts and the M1 synthesiser on this album. To make it sound lossy and compressed all you have to do is export it in Audacity or a similar software with a very low sample rate!
Ok so 6:26 I think kinda sounds like mesosphere 13:27 reminds me of tsundere twintails Love ur music Xploshi can I use it for a video HA I ATE 18 GRAPES TOP THAT
already love these new songs, xploshi is the bomb when it comes to replicating the early 2000s theme. i would even pay money to use these in my videos for background music.
Thank you so so much for making a sequel album, I started listening to the first album almost daily for the past few weeks and I'm so glad there's more to listen to! :D
no way xploshi returns with more frutiger aero, it seems like its wii inspired too EDIT: i have never gotten so many likes this is like an oscars or a grammy for me
