Subhanallah. Nice justice to this song by Mahek Ali. We Bangladeshi people are fans of so many Pakistani singers like Noor Jahan mam, Mehedi Hasan sir. We have even a diamond, Runa Laila, who sung so many popular Pakistani songs. Lots of love and DUA for this singer from BANGLADESH. ❤️
I have listened many song of different singer but mehak ali is totally different with these ....awesome voice and ..wo alfaz Rafta Rafta ....pehle gul ,gulbadan and phir gulbadan ho gye realy lovely
The female voice is lucrative. But it would be up to such an extent, I didn't think. But after listening to the song in the first instance I felt perplexed. This is simply an awesome, fabulous voice.
I am also a Bangladeshi. But I didn’t forget the March 25, 1971 genocide. I have not forgotten the sacrifices of millions of martyrs of the 9-month war. December 14th 'Intellectual Assassination' is the worst massacre in history. Even though some Pakistani artists are my absolute respectet personalities. Mehdi Hasan'ji the 'Ghazal Emperor' is one of them. There are also Ghulam Ali, Parvez Mehedi, Nur Jahan, Nahid Akhtar also at this list. On the other hand, Nadeem, Mohammad Ali, Zeba etc. Again Imran Khan, 'Father of Swing' Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akhtar, Selim Malik, Javed Miadad, Waqar Yunus, Afridi etc are my favorite cricketers. Although Pakistan was responsible for the 1971 genocide, I respect the arts and culture of other countries including Pakistan. My unwavering respect for the above personalities is unwavering. May Almighty Allah bless all of my favourite artists. Thanks a lot, dear singer Mehak Ali.
If you put together Hamood-ur-Rehman Report, Sarmila Bose' book, and confessions of Modi that Indian intelligence operators were embedded with Mukti Bahini, often posing as Pakistani soldiers, you will get a clearer picture as to what happened. There was no genocide. Pakistan Army at that time had only about 35,000 soldiers who were from West Pakistan. The rest were Bengalis. Having said that, I would say that when you collaborate with the enemy in a war, for whatever reason or justification, you cannot expect that you would be treated with kids' gloves. If I were a Bangladeshi, I would have been deeply, deeply ashamed that my freedom came about by treason and due to my leaders secretly collaborating with India. You could have gotten your freedom or rights through political means. After all, Sheikh Mujeeb-ur-Rehman had won the majority of seats. He could have been the Prime Minister of Pakistan. But, instead, he came up with his 6-point Agenda, which he knew would never be acceptable to any political party in Pakistan. Even so, most other political parties were willing to accept his two points and were also willing to negotiate on the other four. Rather than wait for that, Shaikh Mujeeb invited India to attack. I am sorry for being harsh, but treason is something that no nation can ever tolerate. You are not the only one with a memory. We too have a painful memory of being stabbed in the back.
