What I think really happens when he does the ragdoll trigger is that your body will think it's asleep, so it'll inject the sleep drug into your brain, making you motionless. But then again, there aren't any hallucinations

Random fackt about sleep: when you are awake the brain produses a serum to make you more and more tired as it builds up. When you fall asleep the brain starts creating a diffrent serum that keeps you awake until it runs out. The sleep serum is in your brain the whole time so i dont think thats what happens

So I never get that f@&$Ing sleep serum because I have insomnia and sleep apnea (not a good combination as insomnia makes it super hard to go to sleep and sleep apnea gives you breathing problems in your sleep and stops your breathing while asleep so you wake up gasping for air

Thespartzter can't be the case. Sleep paralysis takes a while to fade in and out, and won't disappear in an extreme emergency

It just tells your subconscious to get the control over the muscles, overgo the conscious mind and relax all muscles - you don't go into sleep and no hormones in that manner are used - hope I could help you, even tough answering a little late :)

Omg I didn't realize he was gonna say the trigger again so I sat up, so when he said it again my headphones fell out- my neck hurts, I don't know how long I layed like that but it felt like ages

I am addicted to the Mind Blank trigger now I just got addicted to the Ragdoll my headphones fell off when I was trying to pose my arms and I slumped backwards and could barely hear the normal trigger ... phew lol

I just watched it again, it was the same as the first time except I kept blacking out.... like I could hear him one minute but then he would disappear for a couple of seconds and come back in a completely different part of the video, and sometimes I couldn't understand him.... like he was talking but he sounded far and distant... or I wasn't processing what he was saying:)

When you reach the point that you can hear that he is talking, but you can not quite consciously understand what he is saying, then you are very deeply hypnotized (however, like always, you can still go deeper).

If RU-vid where to crash while you where in a trance or if the youtuber isn't that good at taking you out of trace, you will wake up in like 1-4 minutes. Don't worry, you will never be stuck in trace!
