I have a terminal illness and finding this voice was not by accident. . He speaks to my soul and gives me a calmness that I cannot find within myself.

I just found him today and I love him. He's so pure.

Einer der besten Sänger seit langem, endlich mal wieder jemand , der keine Hilfsmittel braucht, der alleine mit seiner Stimme und seiner Ausstrahlung Menschen in seinen Bann schlagen kann. Dieser Song gehört zu meinen absoluten Favoriten, ich mag solche Texte.Und mit Brian Stewart hat man meiner Meinung nach die beste Besetzung für den Videoclip gefunden. Da passt einfach alles. Als ich im Internet nach dem Text gesucht habe, habe ich gesehen, dass auf einer Seite stand :"Der Text von diesem Lied darf auf dieser Seite nicht angeboten werden." Was für ein Schwachsinn, schließlich gibt es genug andre, die den Text veröffentlichen. Aber so ist das- haben Texte ein bisschen Tiefe oder regen zum nachdenken an, muss man sie möglichst verbieten. Es ist nun mal nicht alles Friede und Freude auf der Welt, Ich höre diesen großartigen Sänger sehr oft, und seine Lieder wecken in mir alle möglichen Emotionen, von Freude bis Traurigkeit. Um.. How come I just got to know him? This is incredible! I love his voice, his music, his lyrics and his videos ! It's all so raw, so poetic and amazing it gives me the chills

Holy cow all I thought about while listening to this was how fitting it was with serial killer mentality... so cool. The old man is a serial killer, he stayed active for 35 years and is beginning to slow down with age. The younger guy is his son, with a complicated past... Here's my take on the video... The old guy in the beginning knows that he's at the end of his era and is planning on writing a message to be left when he dies or is caught. He was a father and lost his child, thus his connection with the dolls. He often sits at a cafe just observing and planning on who he will hunt next. He bathes often to wash the blood of his victims off his skin and burns the clothes of those he's killed to prevent evidence from building up due to idiocy. The bath scene is a flashback of his, he remembers his son and how he sees him in every person he passes. He remembers he ran his son off the road chased him after with a car because his son didn't want to continue the life his father had handed him- that of a killer. The son himself is alive, never killed, just dissappeared and has been following his father around, under a guise as so not to arouse suspicion but when he confronts his father, the guilt of "losing" his son, as he blamed himself for that, and the impending capture by the authorities drove his father to commit suicide by hanging. or something like that...

If you don't know bout the story behind the song, Its about an abusive father that chased away his son, and then isolated himself for it but eventually suicided right before his son came to forgive him.

Discovered him by accident. He ended up on my playlist as someone I might like. I love him. I read some comments and seen one where someone was saying having this as his funeral song. I was thinking that too, but can't decide which ones, I also like Grace, Bitter End , Skin and definitely Die Easy. I love all of his songs. I listened to the whole playlist and unbelievable. Greatest Singer I heard EVER. I tell people about him and no one heard of him, how is that even possible. I checked to see if he won any awards here and the United States and none. Makes me very disappointed, they should at the least invite him to perform on one of our music award shows, and I don't care who you are, he will become your number one.

Just saw him yesterday at the wayhome music festival. Been dieing to see him for a long time now and he was amazing live his voice is so powerful and sounds amazing. He was easily my favourite performance of the whole festival. Im ever gonna stop listening to him
