Most scintillating and mesmerizing raga that penetrates into our soul that literally transcend us to an aesthetic world. Ilayaraja has composed a few film songs in Hamsanatham. For instance:.. "Thendral Vandhu ennai thodum",...; "Aathadi Paavada Koothada"... Dr. KRISHNAKUMAR and Mrs.Binny; you are doing a great service to ckasdical carnatic music. Your program is so informative and emotive, and it will kindle the desire with many youngsters to develop a passion to learn Carnatic music the ancient Tamizh Sevviyal Marabisai. Really happy to see chechi and cheattan singing the beautiful ragam Hamsanadam. Got goosebumps when u explained that grahabhedam relationship between Gambheera Nattai and Hamsanadam. To say about Dr Balamuralikrishna guruji, I don't even have the knowledge to describe him. I listen and try to understand the subtleties of his compositions as well as his rendition of the Kritis and various ragams. As u sang that beautiful hamsanadam in it's original form with Shatsruthi dhaivatham, I remembered guruji's rendition, which is one of my favorite renditons of Bantureethi Koluvu. His renditions have an authenticity which makes them complete. Chechi, cheatta... orupaad istapettu ee sessionum. Iniyum kelkkan agrahikyunnu vividha ragangalude paraspara bandhangale kurich.
