Hi Ranveer. Your recipes are amazing and I really admire your kitchen setup. I have one cooking question that I am trying to find an answer for for quite some time now. Why do some people first boil the tomatoes before blending them into a purée while others blend it directly? I mean is it just to remove the skin or does it make a difference to the taste or texture of the purée?
