I own 2 of them, they follow you around like lost children but they really don’t cuddle, they like to stay just out of arms reach and run from literally everyone that comes over.
I had 2 when I was younger that needed constant attention at least from me lol but if someone came over they'd be nowhere in sight They didn't follow me around all that much though. They preferred to stay in my bedroom even with the door wide open
Mine loves to come with me when I walk my dog he loves to hang out on the sidewalk when kids are walking home from school and his 1st 2 years if I didn't take him with me wherever I went he would drive my g/f and grandbaby crazy with gut wrenching cries until I returned
I don’t have rag dolls but all of my cats are very affectionate and follow me around and are very playful. There is always one who jumps on my lap if I’m sitting down long enough. These rag dolls are adorable!
I have a mauve pawed gray with green eyes rag doll girl and she is the MOST affectionate cat I have every seen. She wants to play majority of the time and when she bites it’s never hard. She cuddled me every night when I had broke my foot and was recovering. She still does a few times a week but she has been by my side ever since I adopted her for three years now almost. Every step of the way, every room I walk in hehe. She is exactly the temperament she was when I adopted her, sweet, loving and wants EVERYONE and everything’s attention every second! And she gets it 🥰😂❤️
@@ijazcholai1211 that why my request is like that😁. I am frighten by the thought of coming home with things from wall decoration or from up to be found broken and messed up on the floor. I have enough experience with the messy ground issues from dogs😩.
I think dogs are more chaotic than cats who are chiller in comparison. Most dogs have so much energy they're driven nuts by any slightly exciting thing. I can't handle a big dog going crazy with energy and enthusiasm. Cats are chill and lazy most of the times, except at 2 am in night when Satan takes over their souls
I adopted a 4 year old beautiful rag doll I didn't even have her 9 months when she died of congestive heart failure. It just happened so I'm still very sad and in shock.
I have a cat that has ragdoll in her. She's not a fully one, but she is very affectionate, follows me around the house, and goes limp when I pick her up. Her name is Wild Child, and she is very docile. She was my sister's cat, but when she passed, I adopted her. And she has been very loyal to me from the first time I got her.
I have two, they will follow you everywhere, like they will interrupt their sleep just to know where you went. The girl is such a diva and the boy is very demanding. They are literally my children 😅
@@tanikokishimoto1604 ohh. I follow a RU-vid creator who have maybe 6-7 ragdolls. And she spends hours on maintaining their fur and then cleaning. So I thought it was a tedious task (spoonful of ragdolls is the name of the channel in case anyone is wondering). I'm sorry to hear that your fur baby has passed over the rainbow bridge. I hope wherever they are, they are happy their. ❤
Omg I love these cats matter of fact I learned about them after my dad got the family one a few months ago I also learned you can hold the rag doll cat under it’s armpits and it will just calmly chill these cats are very fluffy adventurous and love pets!
I have a ragdoll male he's my little sucky boy. They all have different personalities. Some are cuddly, some aren't, but they still like being with you! My girl was more independent but like being with you she's missed!!!
I have 7 ragdoll cats, they are all really beautiful but their personalities are so different from each other. Not all ragdolls like to cuddle, some don’t even like to be held
Ragdoll: affectional nature , cute VS My ragdoll = Jump on everything and kill everything that’s move always run to his food like a dog but he is sooo cuteee ❤ and I love him😊
Love my two ragdolls, one is massive and can open doors with knobs, he approaches anyone (except the dog) and likes kneading my belly at 3 am. The other is just as fluffy but smaller and easily scared, but very cuddly as long as he’s not picked up
I am fortunate to have adopted two beautiful brothers. I'm not sure I feel comfortable when the woman picks this large cat and wiggles him. You can see he was struggling. Long cats please don't shake the baby.
I had one of these. Got it for free when our outside cat got pregnant. He died unfortunately. They have diabetes and heart problems. So when the person said they're generally healthy cats. Not true. UNLESS you have them on a healthy diet because they will over eat. That's also why he mentioned diet. I just fed my cat food I got from the regular grocery store. Like fancy feast. Until I learned it's not good for them. So I got the good stuff from a pet store that costs 3 Times as much. My cat wouldn't eat it. Only fancy feast. RIP rocky aka "the white"
Ragdolls are also prone to obesity and should be feed a healthy diet and get adequate exercise! They are also more likely to have heart diseases than moggies if I remember correctly, although this is true with any cat breed
All right if somebody liked it's a ragdoll cat you're probably wondering why it's called a ragdoll cat it's called a ragdoll cat because it flops around whenever you try to pick it up like a rag doll
I have a ragdoll girlie and she is the most agreesively compessionate cat ive ever seen 😆 She *Will* meow at you louder and louder when she feels like its time for cuddles and even if i try to put her down from my lap she jumps back 1000x more times until i give up and let her sleep on me kneading my neck and licking/love biting my chin 😂 I dont think I will be able to have any other cat after her, she is just so precious 🥺❤️
I have 2 ragdolls and they shouldn't be left alone for to many hours. These cats are needy and they do shed and have to be combed every 2 days and should be bathed 1st a month and blow dried. They are amazing cats but best for someone at home most of the day.
This was my Mr. Beau Mangled. He weighed 24 lbs. ,short legs, big head , neck and bike plumb tail. He was grey and white. As the video said he was so limber sometimes I would just wrap him around my neck. He had 8 toes on his front toes and 7 toes on his hind feet. His picture was in the paper because most people had never seen one. He was a Polydoctal. I miss him every day.
