Fun fact: because intercede can purge roots and slows, if you find yourself about to be bonked, have a focus target set to a friendly ranged player to leap away out of range, and get back your cc immunity with force leap :)
Just wanted to thank you for all your videos. I'm a returning long time player and your videos have helped me a lot getting back into the grove of things.
Humble thanks for making this guide, I never thought I’d play this spec but vengeance isn’t what it use to be when I played years ago, and I’m just coming back 2 weeks ago, the burst on Rage is crazy as well as the crits 😃and your guide helped me big time, so thank you once again
Hey Ivano, first of all, thank you for your guides, really helpfull for new player and easy to understand. I have few questions. 1. Which relics do you use for this build? 2. Is this build viable for PVE too (if i replace enchanments) or it’s better to use veng jugg for dps? Thanks for your time and effort you put in your videos, btw you deserve a lot more subscribers
Thanks for the nice comment! Always makes my day. 😊 I use the Mastery and Power proc relics aka Thyrsian Relic of Focused Retribution and Serendipitous Assault. For PVE you need 10% accuracy, so you will have less crit. There are also different optimal builds for PVE, but you can use this one and will be fine for most content
I tried it and it can be fun, but for PVP it relies too much on being in 4m range to do damage and it more difficult with rage management. That's why I swapped back to cauterized
Hey Ivano, I have short question. You do your Videos by theorycrafting. But what about the classes you are actually playing. Do you have separate equipment/gear for each class (you play) or do you have the equipment in your Legacy bank? I have tried to use equipment/gear for different classes. But it's really complicated to make it work for different classes with the legacy bank/cargo hold.
Hey! I played all classes in the game all the guides I do I have tested myself. Here is a playlist of me doing 15k dps on all 8 classes: ru-vid.com/group/PLH98EG1ZT8I4fYwCM-9VqHJvJBqSlsjbS
My main is PowerTech/Vanguard, second Juggernaut, third Engi Sniper. For gear, I share the same legacy set on all chars and swap out mods depending on the stats I need.
@@ivano1337 yeah! Thank god u understand me this time hahaha, that would be god xD if i can ask, the classes that have different types ( ej: tank, dps) it could be good that u do both if u like xD)
@@alejandropicazo7000 ok got you! Btw, have you seen my introduction to pvp series ? It's aimed at beginners and teaches things that you can use on every class
Is this up to date for 7.5? Is there a way to work Focused Meditation (level 43) into a pvp worthy build? How do other skills fit in this rotation? (saber throw/blade barrage/sunder strike/riposte)
1. Yes, nothing changed. 2. Not if you are playing against decent players. You lose the root break on Combat Focus which hurts especially as your damage drops off a lot when you get cc'ed during your Focused Meditation windows. Of course, try running it against bad players and just PVE on them. 3. Saber throw: only use it if you are cc'ed out of 10m range and don't have a root break available. Blade barrage: the only reason I would ever use it on Focus/Rage is if you choose Debilitating Slashes on level 27 and you want to root. Otherwise, it doesn't reduce Focused Burst cooldown so it's a dps loss. Riposte is really good in pvp as it can't be defended against and hits through defensive cooldowns such as Saber Ward or Evasion. I use it all the time and will prioritize it over Slash.
@@ralos329 it's useful for building that initial rage and the armor reduction debuff, but I don't use it very often because you get so much rage these days from enrage and force charge
I guess you are missing the 1% accuracy companion buff. You need to finish chapter 2 of the class story and then do all the conversations with your "melee tank" companion. Guess that would be Broonmark for Sith Warrior but I can't remember, I did it so long ago
Good question. Not 100% sure about this one but as far as I remember, you can get your companions back. You will get some missions for that and then you should be able to complete the conversations. But it's been too long since I did that. Maybe ask in SWTOR discord or the forum. GL!
