What is “rage nesting” you may ask? Well “nesting” is a term used when the OVERWHELMING desire and energy to get the house in a certain order while pregnant takes over as you get closer to your due date. The “rage” part is something I came up with as I became completely overwhelmed with the disorganization in my house and began “rage nesting” right then and there…at 2 am during a fit of pregnancy insomnia 😝
Last week I shared my backyard patio refresh, this week I am sharing how I got my bathroom organized! We have two bathrooms but the one is crazy small, so when it comes to using and storing bathroom needs, it all happens in one bathroom. So yes, all of us share a bathroom! As of now it’s no biggie since my kids are young, but we are starting to feel the pressure of figuring out a new bathroom system as they get older.
These items have been a complete game changer! Not only can everyone find what they need immediately but the drawer system makes it so SO easy to put everything back in it’s place!
I have a few more organizing projects I want to share in hopes that it helps you minimize and organize your home too! So stick around if that’s your jam!

I'm " rage nesting " right now 😂 I'm set to be induced tomorrow (July 11th) @ 8 AM, and the only thing I have absolutely ready is my hospital bag. I'm to the point of no return and I'm wanting to go scorched earth with everything within sight 😂

I had this 'rage nesting' episode 6 years ago while preparing for my son's birth. I wanted to come home to a freshly painted bedroom...and hubby made that happen 😂

@@siennajantzen1158we have 5 kids and a small income and we don't use food stamps but we are frugal and homeschool and grow our own food as much as possible this is meant to be positive yalk do what's best for you I'm just saying anything is possible but I completely understand the economy is terrible and everything is incredibly expensive

I reckon when your two biggest are teens, they’ll mark the tiny bathroom as ‘their territory’ 😂 That’s what I would do if I had been the eldest in a big family (as it was I’m the youngest of two)

I just recently subscribed to your channel and I’m a new mom to a 15 month old. Motherhood is my purpose. I always thought making tons of money was my purpose but truly, money isn’t something I ever need to chase. God supplies my every need abundantly and I have completely surrendered to him and now I can honestly say that motherhood is something that has brought me immense joy that I didn’t expect. I guess I couldn’t fight my natural instincts for long even though society tried to make me a “boss babe” 😅

Please make sure that cabinet is securely BOLTED to the wall. As a healthcare provider I have heard about and seen far too many children being hurt by large unbolted bookcases, dressers, cabinets, Televisions when little ones try to crawl up or inside them. Better safe than sorry. It only takes a moment ...

@@Suedepants100 Toddlers climb. You should childproof well ahead of what you THINK they can do. Kids will suprise you every time! I walked starting at 9 months old. At 3&2 years old my brother and I escaped a fenced yard with a locked gate., crossed the road and walked out on a sewer pipe into the middle of the HARBOUR .... wearing snows suits and boots! Fortunately a passing teenager saw us and brought us in before the tide got too high . Otherwise we would have drowned ! Kids are climbers and escape artists. You can bet my house was CHILDPROOFED early and often. There is no comfort in saying : " I didn't know that they could do that." while you are explaining events to the ER doctor.

@C.Lord-lf6ss OH my!!!! 😮 Thank goodness someone saw you two!! I started baby proofing my house in my 3rd trimester lol I figured it wouldn't hurt to be prepared 😅 All our TVs, furniture etc are strapped to the wall. In fairness, we do live in CA & they've been predicting the big earthquake any day now & I never worried about it until I got pregnant. My anxiety went to places I never knew where possible, hence the over abundance of caution!! Thankfully, my daughter isn't a daredevil & even though she's tough, she hasn't showed signs of testing herself 😂

That's great! You did not show, but did you childproof the new cabinet just the same(your toddler could open those doors too, right?)?Back in the day(my son is 29 yrs old), I would not say it was a rage nesting, but a constant nesting, then the finishing touches in the nursery. That worked out well because I went into labor and had him 5 days before his due date which was my Grams 101st Birthday, so at 5 days old, he was her best Birthday present ever(I am her namesake, only girl and the youngest same as she was). She was so surprised and happy!😊❤

Its difficult to keep the house perfectly clean when you are pregnant already have a big belly and so many children... I cant even clean Till the end with my twin Babys... When one dont cry then the another or when they dleep i need to pump, shower and im too tired even to clean do perfectly... I wish even I could have a cleaning woman 🤣 because normaly im very very clean. I hope soon when my baby boys szart Walking I have more time for Clean all perfectly and put harmony and magic into our home

Basically anything safe for you to consume is safe to put on your skin during pregnancy 😅 I had some bad acne in the first trimester and used glycolic acid pads to wipe onto my skin after cleansing with a mild face wash. It worked really well and is very much safe to use during all stages of pregnancy AND breastfeeding too.
