Now if Star Arrows deal 100% per atk rather than 5% imagine we will see SH more outside Farming/PVP

(not sp type or trap type) whats the best over all or end game equips for SH pure ADL for you? (Farming, PVE and PVP) Can you make a video of it if its ok, if not can you answer my comment? thanks

One card changes the fate of a Stellar Hunter. If it's not coming from meta build such as SP and Trapper, you can consider ADL type that uses OCB + Tyre's Armor or Windchaser + AE Armor (Crit DMG). Set it up as AA + Meteor Pulse for versatility. The card I told you is 'KRAKEN Card' for garment. It allows you to attack enemy in hiding state. :) I hope it helps.
