Hello sir, I have a question just for clarification, i got the Ken-oh night card, on the description of that card it says equipping the night and day card have that effect indicated on that night card, so my question is, is it possible to have the same effect if I had only the night card but dont have the day card? Or i need to equip the 2 cards for me to have that effect on the card description?

In order to activate the set effects of the collaboration gold cards, example given, your Ken-oh gold card, you need to have both (day and night) equipped in your items.

Nothing, that is the EXP used for the Event Pass. Just leave it in your inventory while the event is ongoing. It will be removed once the collab event is done.
