Exactly. The music behind him is making the song much faster than it meant to be. Speeding up the song, literally felt like they're dragging Rahat to sing faster.

I loooooveeee this song and his vocals elevate it to another level. It's very rare for vocals to be such a big factor in a song (usually we look at the production, composition and lyrics) he's an exceptional singer.
This must be one of those filthy rich South Asian families in Kenya! I don't know how much he costs for a performance but I'm guessing it's pretty damn high and even more for him to fly out with a crew. But it's worth it for the culture and the unforgettable moment of having Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sing at your wedding honestly.
