I am going through my Rahu mahadasha and venus antardasha .Somehow l cannot relate to any of the changes that many people say Rahu brings about.l am deeply spiritual , not materialistic and not obsessed about anything in life but yes Rahu has given me some health problems which nobody is able to diagnose, disenchantment from mundane life and interest in astrology !!

1-Rahu, yes have been super skinny all life and even to the point of people asking regarding illness/cancer/etc etc, almost look like stretched lengthwise, yeah i love to create and feel illusions, i dont show my real feelings/intentions/worries anywhere, have never cried in front of anyone, always keep secrets, now in KMD 1st year, gaining weight only around tummy and unable to loose it, but yes this is not even 1% of the challenges that KMD is bringing up,

I have rahu in first alone in gemini not exactly obese but i do have fat around belly but as soon as rahu MD started i have joined gym to lower my body fat, maybe the conclusion is rahu increases awareness wherever he sits so in first makes native aware of deha and accordingly native takes steps.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. How about Rahu in the third house. Many people consider this as a very Good placement for Rahu but you did not mention this in your favorite positions for Rahu. I cannot wait for the part 2. I have Rahu in Taurus in the third house and the mahadasha has been generally good for me until I entered Saturn antardasha. I still have 11 months of the shani antardasha left and hoping I will get through this without any more difficulties, obstacles and humiliations.

Rahu dasha is like giving a slap on a person's back head and sending him to guru dasha and then the person comes back to his senses that's why i guess jupiter dasha comes after rahu.

My sons Ketu mahadasha ends tomorrow & Jupiter mahadasha begins. What changes can I expect for him? He is Taurus lagna with Rahu in 8th & 3 planets in 10th house (Jupiter 16°, Mercury 11° & Sun 19°). I think Jupiter/Mercury maybe combust.
