I am failed to understand as till this time why District Police Management has failed to arrest the accused person . 2nd why Hospital management has not put on fire . Police Commissioner may be directed to arrest the accused without 24 hours otherwise said officer may be sent in jail after his suspension. Whole India is shouting for the incidents but no positive action has come forward . It is ashame on the part of the government .
