Dear Rahul, I do not know if this message will reach you or not, but I wish it does. You have brought me much much joy, with your love, devotion and talent, in singing. Darbari is my favourite raag, and your singing it, deeply and repeatedly touches me so much. As does your abhanga on Lord Vitthal. I really miss not knowing Marathi, but thankfully the little knowledge of Sanskrit helps all of us. With a lot of gratitude, yours sincerely Ellora.
Dear Rahul, I am a big fan of your singing. But frankly speaking I did not enjoy the alapi part of this rendition. It lacked the melody and essence of a rich raag like Darbari. It sounded more like a drill of voice than a beautiful expansion of Raag.
