It is a vast subject please read article 370. Kashmiri pandits were massacred during congress alliance time. Please visit kashmir and you will know the facts. It is not a political chat there is peace in Kashmir. I too had ice cream and roamed in Kashmir without fear last but in the past it was not the case.
