This is a tagelharpa, an instrument which is traditional in Estonia and Sweden. The jouhikko is a Finnish instrument which is a bit smaller and sleeker and also has at most three strings. The jouhikko also has a design that only allows two strings to be played as the third can't be reached by the fingers due to the shape of the frame.
