NPC Advantages: no requirements. arboliva (seed sower), gardevoir (life dew), arcanine (flamethrower burn), sylveon (moonblast), toxapex (chilling water), and other intimidators (tauros, staraptor) help. bellibolt is harmful because it can activate lightning rod with discharge, which will raise pikachu's spatk one stage.
Strategy: knock off, tera blast. you'll get KO'd and respawn. wish whenever HP gets low, 2x tera blast, terastalize, 3x nasty plot, tera blast to victory.
Notes: lightning rod can be used as the ability as well. however, it's not likely to be activated unless you are terastalized and your NPCs have debuffed pikachu's atk more than its spatk (e.g. intimidators). this is because raichu resists thunder both before and after terastalizing.
Pros: supereffective tera type, decent HP, good spatk, outspeeds pikachu. resists thunder. resists iron tail before terastalizing. resists surf after terastalizing. nasty plot buffs 2 spatk stages, wish heals 50% of HP bar, knock off removes pikachu's light ball, halving its atk and spatk. tera blast has 80 base power, 100 accuracy, and deals supereffective STAB damage when terastalized. static paralyzes pikachu 30% of the time whenever pikachu hit raichu with iron tail or play rough. covert cloak prevents paralysis from thunder (normally 21% chance, 30% in rain) and def drops from iron tail (normally 15% chance)
Cons: tera type mismatches base type, poor def and spdef
