Thank you. This is such a complicated way of doing this. It is really a fault of the game designers and it is NOT well explained on their website. It's only because of this video I now have my PC account on my phone :)
Raid Shadow Legends randomly crashed on me in the middle of a clan boss fight this morning. I went to login again and now it repeatedly says “The game is currently experiencing some issues. If you continue to see this error, please contact the support team”. I have contacted support 3 times today with no responses and I still can’t login. Just about to go to sleep now and haven’t been able to play all day and have had no response from support. Weirdly, I haven’t seen anyone else posting RU-vid vids on this subject today. Is it only happening to me?
olivercarl walter thanks very much for your suggestion. Although my game has already done an auto-update, it still required me to go to the App Store and tap on ‘Download’. I also had to update to the latest version of IOS to make it work but thankfully I’m back to grinding now!
I was so pissed I couldn't get in and had to watch that stupid tutorial so many times. I do not know why it happened but after the last update it logged me in under the guest account and I didn't know I could get around it by creating a new fictitious account. Logging out just got me what I had back to the tutorial. Creating a new account allowed me to logout and back in with my regular account.
That really made me frustrated. I did reinstall and uninstall. I have a plarium account. Clear cache. Guess what the problem is, I disconnect the wifi and connect again . Weird that I can still watch youtube despite the game was the only thing having a problem. Can’t quit since I have a few friends in there , and my level is already up 😠
Today i wanted to start the game on my phone again and was greeted by the tutorial. My original account seems to be completely gone. Went to my pc and my account there is gone too... Nothing works. I was at lvl 76. 2 years of playing just gone...
@@MckaiserDragon Support already wrote me they said i should log in with Facebook or plarium id. Both doesn't work. Both redirects me to that random new account instead to my original account... Man fuck that. Plarium scammed me for hundreds of hours i put into this game. How is this even possible?!? My apple id seems still attached to my original account but i can't use it to regain access 😭
@@MckaiserDragon no its all one account. i jiat deleted 2 days of playing its great but i cant be a technician while playing as well. esp if im paying . good luck
@@DAMPUH_ try to uninstall and reinstall. if u start as a new game link that account to an email u dont use and then relog and u should have an option to switch account.
