Nomad and his team went to Bolivia to hunt down worlds biggest drug organization named Santa Blanca Cartel. Karren Bowman is a Case officer for this operation named Operation King Slayer whose ultimate objective is to terminate El Sueno ( boss of bosses). Unidad Military is Bolivia government force , initially created to counter Santa Blanca However due to increase in attacks on politician they allowed Santa Blanca to operate without interfering or attacking any government officials.
