Instead of Bricks to Hold down would I be able to Drill into the Roof? Or is there any other Option for Roof Tie Down?

You would want a different mount system. The hole point of a ballast system is to not drill into the roof.

No. This is for concrete roofs common in South East Asia. Doing so will destroy the integrity and water proofing of the concrete roof.

This is so bad. Been doing PV systems for 2 years now and i never saw something so non robust acting as mounting system. Cheep thin material and clueless team of people who have been practicing this presentation. Do not buy this stuff for he love of your own safety.
