Molasses plant was sold by the govt in a public auction when it had been ran down at construction stage through corruptio. There were only 2 bidders and Spectre International was one of them. Not surprising because the incomplete plant had been rusting away for a decade. Spectre submitted the more competitive bid and won. Did you expect to win without submitting your bid?? 2. Kazi kwa vijana was allegedly a case of financial misappropriation. No concrete evidence was put forward. No court case. No nothing. Just overworked pedestrian rumour mills. Facts and fiction got merged into one. 3. Triton was a case of theft of fuel by Devani. The fuel belonged to KCB as they had provided funds for its importation. Through an arrangement that only KCB and Devani and KPC can explain, he(Devani) wrote to KCB to allow him to sell the fuel on their behalf to recover their money. In a strange twist of events, KPC allowed Devani to take the fuel and sell on behalf of KCB. Devani then sold the fuel and carted away the billions and escaped to UK. Where is Raila coming in? 4. Kemsa scandal?? Yes, there was that huge scandal which was also fuelled up by alot rumour mongering. When the matter was under inquiry by Parliament, it turned out that among the several suspects who were summoned, there appeared only one person who single handedly carted away over shs 1 billion. His company was called Buy and Carry or some name to that effect and his name was arap CHELULE! That does sound like Raila??
