Kaka,The last time i followed the current event Baba was told to stay away .Why do people still call his name?If it happens that he was called to present his list ,i think the prerogatives of the decision lies with the appointing authority who is the President. There is no need for calling him names since the cabinet had to be constituted anyhow.The candidates for the Cabinet Secretary position must be inclusive both Kenya Kwanza ,the opposition , professional societies, Non Government organizations and so on as long one is duly qualified to articulate Government policies. The cabinet slots is not entirely a preserve for the rulling party.Whoever is appointed should serve the entire Country irrespective of party affiliation. This is how i look at it.
