Great video! It was nice meeting you that day. Of course 2011 had to show up 💀. And honestly 101 sounded pretty decent that day. I would say we definitely got better catches at Deland the following week lol. And nice you caught 2005 later on! 2002, 2005, 2006 definitely have the best horns in the Sunrail cab car fleet imo.
The reason some of them sound so bad is because debris and junk gets caught up in the chimes. They are also plow-mounted and have restrictors on their air-hoses. There's a few nice ones, but some of them sound like they are on the verge of self-destruction. It's a hit or miss with SunRail.
@Your_Uncle_is_watching There’s ones that got their restrictions eased up a little bit, 100 and 109, but they’re still in boxes. FDOT needs to start treating these horns better.
